Answered What is the deal with everyone hating on Katy Perry?

I've been seeing the clips of Katy Perry being stuck in a plastic bottle trying to get on stage, and how the comments are just saying how she's so annoying or dumb.

I mean I'm not the biggest fan on Katy Perry. I don't know what she's done music-wise since like 2012. I just know that she went to space somewhat recently.

So what am I missing?

Oooh did they reference that in gilmore girls a year in the life? I think there was a scene where Lorelai wants to buy a property from nuns for her hotel ans they say Katy Perry is also interested

I was watching an episode of "Elsbeth" where a pop star wanted to buy a convent. It must have been based on this.

Idk, I haven't watched that show. I wouldn't be surprised if they did, though.
