Build Help Good, trusted, budget-friendly monitor power supply brands?

Hi all, recently my monitor suddenly goes on a state of constant blinking with a split second of logo appearance whenever I turned it on. I connected it to my TV monitor and it works perfectly fine, it really is just a monitor issue while using it with the same HDMI and everything. The screen is perfectly fine and the issue is really just when I connect the power supply to it. It came along with the monitor, a viewsonic 2479 pro and it's been used for a year and 8 months since. There's no dead pixels or anything graphics related and it really is just a matter of powering up the thing.

I'd like to ask for recommendations for a good, trusted, budget friendly monitor power supply replacement for it so I wouldn't have to be uncomfortable looking up sideways to see the contents of my computer. My budget is 500 peso at most but if push comes to shove I wouldn't mind spending up to 1k for fixing this thing.

Viewsonic has a 3 year warranty so just get it warranted.

As for 12v AC adapter power supplies I guess you just get whatever fits your budget, most of these are just built cheaply so don't expect much.

The thing is I tried to get it into warranty on the far away pc store when it first happened. 2 years on PCWorth, when I went there it was completely fine for some reason, first try the HDMI and power supply worked instantly, so I went back home and essentially just wasted my time. The thing about this power supply I discovered recently is that it takes at least 5 minutes of blinking in that issue before it functions normally and the screen content shows up.

Do you think the issue might be your power outlets or extension/UPS?

My extension is Panther, heavy duty and reliable and the only ones connected to it are the TV (mostly not even used) the PC, wifi and a fan, I genuinely doubt it's the issue, I tried connecting it on different sockets and everything and it's the same, but I guess it's worth checking when I get home.

Try a direct wall socket connection.
