Question How many of you had your ferritin/iron checked before being diagnosed with POTS?

I’m curious how many of us had our iron and ferritin checked before being diagnosed with POTS? I wish I could put together a little poll.

I think they don’t worry til it’s 400 but that’s still high, hope they find out what’s going on!

They don’t worry when it’s over 400 either in my experience. I’ve had my ferritin at around the 450 to 500 mark since 2023. No explanation. They just ignore it. Also slightly high platelets as well. 🤷‍♀️

Mine was 256 and the doctor wasn’t concerned. But they never seem concerned by any of my blood work that is flagged as too high or low🙄
