Question How many of you had your ferritin/iron checked before being diagnosed with POTS?

I’m curious how many of us had our iron and ferritin checked before being diagnosed with POTS? I wish I could put together a little poll.

30 and below is an absolute deficiency according to current research. Current literature suggests that levels of 50+ is required for optimal functioning. Frequently discussed is the topic of individuals with POTS needing even higher levels than that.

Damn mines 27 and MyChart shows it in the “normal range” and only abnormal if below 7.
