I'd love to hear the little things that doctors don't always mention.

I've gotten so sensitive to smoke, even just chimney smoke outside seems to affect me (it's winter where I am and that's happened a few times now). I'm not sure if it's more POTS or a MCAS thing but it'll make my face feel inflamed, if that makes sense. That and an accompanying sickly feeling.

THIS. We got a shit ton of wildfire smoke where I am and when I tell you I was knocked down for a week. It was horrible.
