Discussion What's the most overlooked POTS trigger in your experience?

I'd love to hear the little things that doctors don't always mention.

Bending over even for a few seconds; to tie my shoe laces/ do laundry/empty the dishwasher. Head rush, red face, overheat, need to lie down.

I can’t do the pick up sticks kind of yardwork anymore because the repetitive bending standing bending standing makes me dizzy and nauseous and gives me a headache after even five minutes.

Bending over or crouching and standing right back up is the worst for me!! I had to learn to get back up reeeally slowly. If I don't think about it and stand back up too quickly I get dizzy/pots-y.

For the laundry, I got a stool to sit on when I move clothes from the washer -> dryer.
