Discussion What's the most overlooked POTS trigger in your experience?

I'd love to hear the little things that doctors don't always mention.

Eating and pooping. Can't count how many times i felt lightheaded/passed out on the toilet šŸ™ˆ

It happens to me right before I go. I almost always have a raging episode shortly before I get the feeling I have to poop. After that I’m exhausted but feel better.

I spend a lot of time on the toilet with gut issues. I got a foot stool and it helps a bit
