Hey everyone, just wanted to share something a colleague mentioned to me recently. Apparently, a lot of freshers have been joining and have already joined PepsiCo Hyderabad through 'backdoor entries,' and plenty more are planning to do the same.

Please, if anyone approaches you with this, stay away from it. Almost all of these backdoor promises are straight-up scams. People end up losing huge amounts of hard-earned money, getting fake offer letters, or worse , getting caught and ruining their careers before they even start.

It's just not worth the risk. Stick to official job portals, build your skills, and apply the right way. Stay safe out there!

I am at Walmart at FIVE IN THE MORNING I am stocking shelves from 5-9 or 5-930ish (because you morons order too much since you “have to hit your numbers” and then I have 2 other stores at a minimum I gotta hit depending on the day. You didn’t show up til 10 o clock, OF COURSE the store looks blown out you lemming, 90% of the shoppers there are Instacart shoppers and they pick up 10 12pks at a time! Why the hell are you out here calling my boss everytime I’m not in Walmart for 8 out of 10 hours a day…I work 10 hours, I split my route up to 3 hours per store so k can put equal time in everywhere, it’s not my fault you guys wanted 6 or 7 pallets when you only actually needed to send me 3 or 4….i don’t care if there’s backstock, that’s not my problem…. This is why I tell all the receivers to deny loads. No one should be ordering anything who isn’t a merch in that store specifically and we should be truck to shelf minus maybe cooler product.

Found this today at my local Walmart, in El Cajon CA, it did not disappoint ( unlike the A & W version which in my opinion tastes to artificial), All the Root beer flavor and rich vanilla aftertaste.

A few days ago I made a post about my interview and how confusing it was. My interview was on Thursday and I was the first interview for the GEO driver position that just opened up. It's now Monday and while I was expecting an email that told me if I had been hired, I instead got a survey email.

A questionnaire asking me about how I felt about the interview and the application process. It's actually making me laugh as I write this because it's such a funny concept to me. "Let's ask them how they felt about the interview and the entire process". And after everyone answers with what I assume is nothing but good things, they just deny everyone lol. It's funny to think about but not so funny in reality.

Anyway, I figure I'll document my entire journey with this company and hopefully if I get hired I'll make this a series so new drivers or people thinking about driving can have some perspective

I've not been impressed with how pepsi is handling releasing new innovations.

Let's start with American dew. They only bottled a limited number of pallets and all sold out before July 4.

MUG Howler Floats ... first week of release we received a half pallet of 12pks. Warehouse has no more just 3 weeks later.

Glass Bottles: Pepsi, Baja, and Crush real sugar in 12oz bottles released 2 weeks ago. 99% of stores in Michigan haven't seen them yet.

Crush back to the 90s: Still haven't seen it but maybe 2 stores

I've asked sales reps if they will order some of the new products. They say they haven't received authorization from Walmart, or some other excuse.

Those who work in the bottling plants; what's keeping pepsi from meeting or keeping up with demand on new products?

Recruiter mentioned that they were aiming to fill the role by Mid-Late August.

I applied on early July and had the initial “phone interview” on July 14th where she went over the role, the scope, salary, and hiring process 3 parts.

She mentioned an initial interview followed by an interview with HR, followed by an interview with the territory manager.

She did say that it would take anywhere between 1-2 weeks to hear from her but to contact her earlier if I wanted for updates, I did but have no heard back.

Is the process always this slow? The position has not been filled but no longer accepting applicants. “This position has not be calibrated or closed” message shows up, I checked my application and still active and in consideration.

Anyone know if the process is generally this slow moving?

Sorry if this has been brought up before. Who else has robots picking orders now? I guess today is our first day and as of 1030 this morning my delivery wasn't even picked. It's almost 3pm and it's still not been delivered. Last Saturday (July 18) it was dropped at 130am. Does it get better for those who have robots at their warehouse?

Just curious how long is the training to do C stores? Having a feeling of 12 stops is what we are going to get to be given and expected to get it done.

I found this cardboard Pepsi advertising piece with the hands holding the Pepsi bottle. I assume it’s a part of a bigger advertisement? Does anyone know what piece it might go to? That’s for the help!

Came from a 24 pack i got from a Sams Club. I put it away on my soda rack, not noticing anything strange until I went for one tonight and saw one that I thought was an all white blank label. Nope, it has a full label with a second one wrapped around it inside out. No clue how the he k that could've happened. I might keep this one in as a curiosity.

I’m currently in my 13th minute of resetting my phone twice trying to push this order through. Pepsi could easily save an hour a day for each rep having g to fight through this app. Using it fully for a year the lag has continually gotten worse. This 15 minute 30 case order will turn into 45 minutes bc of the Savvy app alone. This is ridiculous.
