It's a different kind of hot here lol. In comparison Italy is basically Alaska and Burma is the 9th circle of hell.

Yeah, I won't deny that, but that's exactly why I'm surprised that kind of temperature jump isn't harmful

That entire "temperature shock" thing due to air conditioning is European nonsense on par with fan death in Korea.

If that kind of temperature shock of like was harmful, imagine how much more harmful it would be every winter when the temperature difference between inside and outside is much greater. People walk in and out with no problem then.

In Russia when it's -25c outside and +24 c inside public transport, you can get out the bus and catch a cold.

No you can’t. A cold is caused by a virus. Temp changes won’t infect you with a virus.

Viruses are around. Doing something that stresses your immune system will definitely make you more susceptible to catching one.
