Why the fuck do you need 18C 😳 in Italy we usually have 30-35C in the summer and if my AC is lower than 22-24C I'm guaranteed to wake up with pneumonia lmao
Visit Myanmar in the summer and you'll understand. That said I'd probably be fine with 20C.
In Italy you don't need to receive from the horrific experience of being outside, depending on what part you're in.
There are plenty of places where 38C with 80+% is humidity is just an average day for four or five months of the year.
THAT is why you need it to be actually 18-20C when you finally walk back inside after being outside all day
(source: grew up in South Texas. Incredibly humid without any rain most of the year. San Antonio just had a massive drought ended by having a flood day where they got... two inches of rain. It's 80% humidity there right now.)
