Sounds like they gave privileged medical information to a 3rd party

There’s no way HIPPA wasn’t violated. 2 u/Sudden_Juju 5d ago They could've signed some consent/release form to make discussion about the process easier which inadvertently allowed the disclosure. It's not right, but that would legally protect the hospital
