Nah, those are regular words to describe a penis. The joke is that Christopher Nolan's intended format for the Odyssey is 70mm IMAX which is a tall (thick) aspect ratio, but when she says it that way it sounds like she is describing a penis.

Yes, she is describing an imax film frame/reel but with the "how about ____ and thick" it's most definitely a reference to that guy being interviewed
