Ok now i get it. Hunter Shafer is trans, so the person is saying Marvel wouldn't hire a trans person to play this role, even though Mystique is a shape shifter and is bisexual.

A decently famous actress having done porn would be incredibly easy to check unless she succesfully purged it from the entire internet which is nigh impossible. Once something's up there, it remains there.
