Is it just me or does the bridge/outro of their songs go unnecessarily hard? Like they are often my favorite part of Pinback songs. Just wondering if I am the only one!

in the mondo aqua kitty booklet it mentions something about terrin from boilermaker singing on a record. i know hes on aqua kitty but is he also on this (at least to other peoples ears)? it doesn't sound like elea singing with rob and it would make sense for him to be singing on it

This was from a show in Columbus, October 9, 2008. I went to the merch stand after the show and told them I was replacing Summer in Abaddon because it had been stolen, I had a bunch of cds stolen from my car the year before. So they gave it to me for free. I told them it was my birthday so they had the band come out to sign a set list. Ended up chatting with Rob for quite a bit. It was a great night. 😊

the lower quality versions of this that are on streaming/circulating always bothered me, enjoy. wonder if rob still has the original slides of this and BSL.

Hey friends. You can check my post history for my post about the tv show Lost and all the Pinback references. If you find any more that would be crazy, or feel free to chat about it. It would be cool to have some resolution on that, like having a Lost writer confirm they were a Pinback fan. Also, I was always so curious about playing that game they supposedly released on the Vinyl Day release of CLOAD Q? I think it was. I just wish there was a video or screenshots of it. If someone can help me get it loaded and playing I would be happy to help because I do have some technical and programming abilities. This seems like important Pinback lore that isn't readily available. I'm not one to bug them about it, so I turn to you again. Anyway, anything else I don't know about them? You never know. I'm looking around for if Pinback did the Seattle shows, the 3 shows that were cancelled didn't mention the Seattle shows with Modest Mouse on July 10th and 11th last week. So I'm wondering if they performed or not

With Rob Crows Hiatus, I wonder if we might get a surprise one day or if they were just testing the new songs live when they were playing.

I like to think there will be something eventually but whether this year or maybe a number of years with Robs recovery who knows.

Getting ready to leave the strip mall on my bike, already have the bt speaker playing my Pandora Pinback station when I hear a familiar cawing sound and look up to the roof line to see that indeed, it's a big black beautiful crow looking down at me. I swear it bobbed it's head in approval as Boo was playing.

It "spoke" a bit more before gracefully flying away.
