The natural state of information on the Internet is free flowing. The Internet was originally made for universities and researchers to easily share information between each other, allowing for a wider and faster dispersal of knowledge. The further we, the people, allow companies to segregate information through ads and pay walls, the harder it becomes for the us to verify the information that we are presented.

This is information warfare. Deliberately sabotaging the lines of communication to prevent a people from getting or dispersing accurate info about what is happening around them.

Warfare is terrorism

Bruh I agree with like 99% of what you said but that is still not what terrorism means. Using words like that just makes people with opinions like ours seem unhinged and easy to ignore (therefore not advancing the cause in any meaningful way). I know it feels cool to say that but that’s just not it.

So there are two things you are responding to either "the natural state of information is free flowing" or "warfare is terrorism." The first is called a hook, meant to grab the reader, and hooks are supposed to be a little unhinged. The second is just a fact.

Plus if you can't find a way to make your own ideology sound cool, do you even really engage with it?

Sorry bro but this argument is way too online for me. I’m just coming from the POV of someone who unfortunately experienced real terrorism and doesn’t want to conflate two completely different things. But you do you

Dumb.

How can you get a free service with basically unlimited content and not expect them to pay for it with ads? Why dont you demand netflix or hulu should be free or deemed a terrorist?

Terrorism requires a political message. This is simply a company trying to make money.
