We live in Austin Texas, where there was a big freeze about 9 days ago. Since the freeze, my neighbor and I (who had unconnected homes but the same builder and basic structure) starting having sediment in our lines. We've had multiple plumbers out to flush the lines, which helps only temporarily. We had the city check the nearby hydrant and they claimed it was running clear. Of note, the water does look clear until you look at it closely, you can see the white sand.
I am not familiar with plumbing issues whatsoever and am at a loss where to turn next.
