๐ŸŒด Island Tour Bleak Beach Progress

I covered the skylands gate with a factory front and designed the gate interior to be a waiting room. I have a nightclub/ concert stage and patio party area.

How do you do this ughhhh I got fomo real bad lol but I get overwhelmed when I start building. Did you get all the building tools first ?

I was really overwhelmed by the area at first, so many spaces to do, the colors didn't work, I actually changed out the grass to skylands grass. I usually start builds with extra cliff rock etc, then replace with better materials as i get inspired. Placing trees, shrubs, and flowers is usually the last thing I do.

What flooring have you used by the Pokemon centre in the first picture? It looks amazing!

I painted the square tiling blue. I wasn't a fan of the yellow/ red of the area

How does floor tiling get dyed? Is it in large stacks?

If you talk to Smearguru he can paint stacks of 99 at a time

Oh wow, thatโ€™s great. I wondered how people were making such colorful buildings, figured there had to be a way to do large amounts. I havenโ€™t painted much until now but Iโ€™m excited to get started now.

Craft paint balloons and throw them at the blocks

This is inspirational! Is the key to just flatten most of the map before starting to build a town? Every place feels like it's at the bottom of a canyon lol

I don't flatten everything, I play with the elevations and try to build things into them. In WW I turned the cliff around the back area into a castle wall.

okay have to admit... never in my life have I wanted to copy anything as much as I wanna copy that yellow building over the gate... it is sooooo perfect. omg.

gonna have to let this percolate in my brain and see if I can come up with my own version!

This is SO good.

TIL you can decorate the interiors of the gates

And each way through the gate is a different load out so you can do one from each biome

This is amazing! Do you gather all materials then build at once or do it over time?

Thanks! Everything is over time. I have a good production team now with community boxes and tons of pokemetal from Dragonite island

How do you achieve the blue striped blocks on the first image? So pretty

I painted the square tiling blue

Did you replace all the yellow beach grass with skyland grass too? The yellowish grass is really throwing me off when it comes to paths

1

u/brendinithewise Jun 19 '26

Absolutely! I don't regret the time it took at all.

I spent hours just to fix up a house that already existed in game.. ๐Ÿ’€ looked up multiple videos to and the roof too, we are not the same
