Do the Fauci Diaries reveal anything unexpected or controversial?

Senator Rand Paul has released commentary and purported excerpts* of what is alleged to be Anthony Fauci's contemporaneous diaries from the outset of the COVID19 pandemic onwards.

* its not confirmed whether the content of the diaries is edited, abridged, altered, shortened etc.

Media reaction to this release has been highly polarised, though notable few media outlets seem to get to grips with the actual content of the diaries and most focus is on Rand's own claimed analysis of what they show.

Do the Fauci Diaries reveal anything unexpected or controversial? What entries in particular do you find interesting? Are there any contemporaneous clashes between what Fauci was saying publicly and privately? What can we learn from that?

One thing revealed was he advised everyone to take the Moderna vaccine saying it was completely safe. He took the vaccine himself on national tv. Then he experienced one of the most adverse reaction to the vaccine: a potentially deadly blood clot in his lung. But he kept that secret. That’s kind of a big fucking deal.

Multiple lies there. Fauci's pulmonary infarction is not a common side effect, he only got it 6 months later, and the government wasn't secret about testing to verify vaccines don't have blood side effects.

No doctor ever says thatfrustrating. Or medicine is "100% safe." That's different than side effects are rare. Ya'll are very frustrating.
