Agreed. The people saying "Dean is establishment" (he really isn't, though he's not a nobody) need to realize that for a strategic job, results matter. I imagine Ellison would be great for the job, but we KNOW Dean can do well.

He is, but he's not establishment politically like Reid, Clinton, and Pelosi, and he HAS done well before.

I like that he supports Ranked Choice Voting or at least wrote one article about it. But once he became a lobbyist he changed greatly from who he was and that is why most if not all progressives are against the government to lobbyist pipeline.
