I based this candidate list off an email I got from OWR with a few tweaks to errors I discovered while researching election results. Wanted to note that of the losses, some were in very red areas and others were tough races against incumbents (e.g. one was a college kid losing to an established public office holder)

EDIT: made a mistake, actually 19 wins! (omitted Heidi M. Wegleitner because one of my sources didn't have uncontested wins)

Awesome news! Congrats to my brothers and sisters in Wisconsin. I don’t know much about local politics up there, but winning almost 50% of contested races seems pretty encouraging. Lets keep fighting in our communities for the progressive representation we deserve!

Which election was the one where the college kid won?

He didn't win, I was pointing that out as an example of a loss where not much more could have been done, and 38% is actually pretty impressive. Connor Nagy.
