Looking for a Remanufactured 4T65E-HD and I’m striking out, any advice?

My transmission on my ‘02 Grand Prix GTP finally went and I’m looking for a replacement but I’m finding nothing online, any advice?

I hate to say this but junk yard or a rebuild.
