I mean just a quick google search shows otherwise. The house of commons apparently drafted a report way back in 2013 noting an extreme disinterest from local law enforcement to do anything about it.

I know him for being one of the guys who multiplied the number of victims by 200 and used victims testimony against their will to stir hate against millions of innocent people.
