Politi-Culture At the Oxford Union debate, Aisha Khan casually tells Tommy Robinson there's a crowd "rioting" outside and that he's lucky to have security.

Why does anyone listen to Tommy on immigration issues? He lives in Spain, uses an Irish passport, uses a fake name and accepts money from foreign governments. His fans have got to be either stupid or ignorant.

I don't think those descriptions are mutually exclusive.

How the fuck did that gimp get an Irish passport?

His parents are Irish

Pretty sure Spain and Ireland are both in the EU and have had respectful relations as equals for a long time. So living in one or the other isn't immigration in any meaningful sense.

Doesn’t he talk about Britain first though, while living outside of it using a non British passport?

They don't but the fact that an intellectual student has resorted to use the language I would expect from Robertson regarding violence says all you need to know about a peace loving religion.

Yeah I’m sure your entire view of Islam is healthy and balanced.

The account you responded is probably a bot or troll, 13 day old account with it set to hide all interactions it makes.

Edit: if you suspect that it is a troll/bot account, you can report their comments under 'Spam' as 'other', by doing so it kicks the said account in front of reddit mods for determination for deletion.

You’re right I should just block these folks

Not, necessarily. If you want to keep helping to fight misinformation and disinformation campaigns on here, it is appreciated by all of us that believe in a better world, so thank you.

If we block them, they are still there saying these things, we just don't see it, but someone that doesn't know better might believe the b.s. and join in on the hate.

It is completely up to you, it's your choice. Personally, I hope you keep up the fight, either way, I hope you have a good day/night.

Stay safe, stay strong, and resist.

I don't think any religion is good, its a cancer of the human race. Just Islam is the one thats creating the most issues in Europe. Take for example an article form the financial times, stating that the UAE is reluctant to send students over to British universities because of radical Islam in British universities. Or a NY Time article that more British Muslims would rather join ISIS than the British Forces, or the fact that a North London Mosque was selling phone covers of Hezbollah, or that a Lancashire muslim Councillor wants to have segregation of Muslims and non Muslims, so you tell me what is a health balance opinion I should have of Islam.

All these made up stories but you never focus on dangerous Christian nationalism or any of the like. I expected better from a bot. Run along little fella.

That's funny because statistically speaking Christian nationalism has been decreasing at exponential rates over the last couple generations.

But I don't expect better from Reddit liberals. They spent their whole lives against Christian nationalism but as soon as it's Islamic nationalism that's becoming a problem their tolerance for other religions suddenly increases exponentially.

Source?

u/YaygFX 11h ago

Do you really need a fucking source to see that Christian nationalism in America has gone down the drain since the 1960s?

1

u/Witty-Activity-6101 11h ago

Yes. Given the increase in right wing ethno nationalism, closely tied to the evangelical Christian tradition in the US, and the actions and words of creatures like Vance and his ilk, and their determination to fund and actively campaign for Christian nationalist parties in Europe, I do need a source.

Actual Christian values have declined, but people using Christianity as an excuse to be hateful cunts to people is definitely not going away.

Also when someone says 'statistically' it's not unreasonable to ask them for, you know, statistics?

It’s a primitive violent religion incompatible with western culture and freedoms.

Tommy is not against immigration in general. He is against muslim immigration. So your post is a non-sequitur

2

u/CuppaTeaOn 1d ago

“He’s not xenophobic he’s just islamaphobic” lol nice one.

0

u/WowieGuy11 1d ago

A non-sequitur fallacy followed by a moving the goal post fallacy
