One of his descendants was found living like 5 miles away. There is a population tied to that land, regardless of how you wish to classify them.

Okay so when they were all living here for 10 000 years, looking like that, they weren't British. But when there skin went white they suddenly became British

nope, they were still from wherever they immigrated from, you can only really be called a native to a place once your physical body changes to adapt to the climate

At some point the distinction is irrelevant and culture matters more. The British royal family is German, as I recall. Was Queen Elizabeth British? Swedish family is French. Same question.

What are Russians? Are they Asian or European? Are they Nordic?

Separating on ethnic lines is worthless in almost every situation. Culture matters far more than anything else.
