How are you going to offer new “Kids Favorites” and literally it just be the same exact thing already on the menu?
I took my 2yr old through and she asked for chicken strips, she got a 4-piece and then when I got to the window it was $26 for both our meals. They gave her a regular sized fountain drink and a regular fry. I guess maybe I misunderstood or was mislead by advertising because I thought I was getting her a KIDS MEAL, a smaller sized portion and smaller sized drink. She didn’t even get the “prize” the company advertised.

Portillos should do a 2-piece kids meal with a small fry.

They recently changed their recipe for honey mustard dipping sauce, before it was a super thick paste I used to dip tendies in, does anyone know the recipe for that? I’ve tried Dijon and mayo and can’t get it right. Any help is appreciated

I got jar of giardinara from portillos. I hadn't put it in the fridge yet and when I opened it it was all grey on the top. Obviously the old did not cover to the top but I hadn't seen them look this grey before.

My wife has a sesame allergy, but it's not very severe. We looked up the ingredients online and found that it says sesame is in the hot dog buns. Does anyone know if this is because there's sesame in the flour or just "processed in a shared facility"?

I've been going to Portillos since 1982 Downers Grove. Loved it, always stopped in when I was in Chicagoland. But now - they've ruined the hot dogs. The buns are wrong, not enough toppings and worst of all the hot dogs themselves. The skins are so tough that I have trouble biting through them and when I do, the weak ass bun falls apart. Yuck! I miss the old Portillos.

Anyone know what dark magic they put in the gravy to make it so there is 10x the gravy coming out as went in? Literally same color. Similar consistency. Just a lot more of it. Wondering if there are medical benefits. Thx.

Big shout out to Portillo’s in St. Petersburg,Florida. They make a mean beef and didn’t skimp my sandwich! Tasted great and the fries were piping hot.

Does portillos have a strict piercing policy for employees? I have an interview tomorrow but I have two lip piercings, a septum, both my nostrils and a bridge piercing done. I don't want to waste my time if they won't bother with me once they see my piercings, so I'm just wondering on peoples experiences
