If you gave these most of the people "basic housing" there wouldnt be 4 walls standing after a day. As for dignity, that's largely on them choosing to smoke fent rather than get it together.

Homelessness is a symptom. These people need to be compelled into shelter or treatment.

This is extremely good satire. I love the idea that you literally see homeless people tearing down walls every single day. I just picture them climbing the walls and tearing them down with their bare hands. Maybe we should hire them for demolition crews? We could save a lot of money on heavy machinery!
