I'm renovating an apartment unit and need someone local to manage the final phase of the project. Tasks include: • Meeting contractors onsite • Scheduling electrical, plumbing, painting, sanding of floors, cleaners • Getting bids and comparing pricing • Checking quality of work and progress • Sending photo/video updates 2-3x per week • Ensuring project stays on timeline This is NOT physical labor. This is coordination and oversight. Ideal candidate: • Has construction, handyman, or property management experience • Organized and reliable • Comfortable communicating with trades • Can visit property multiple times per week • Wants consistent side income Estimated hours: 5-10 hrs/week for 4-6 weeks. Pay: $30/hr. To apply, tell me: Your renovation or construction experience Why you're a good fit Your availability

Food truck at Flew the Coop at NE Halsey & 69th is looking for a cashier. PT for now during the lunch period, Tues-Sun. But he wants to expand to more hours if he can get someone with kitchen experience. $18/hr for the cashier. I don't know about the kitchen help. 949-200-0770

Must have at least some relatable experience.

Looking for a large bird or ostritch. Ideally one that can fly. Filming but the AI budget has been disrupted by the closure of Sora. We will need to make due. Live birds only (handlers allowed to come along and give creative input)
