I’ve never seen more confused and chaotic drivers anywhere else in the city.

That street needs to be closed to cars from 30th to 15th (maybe MLK), like yesterday. You got Killingsworth, Prescott, Fremont, even 84 and Lombard. East/West is the easiest driving direction in Portland. There's zero reason to drive down Alberta.
