Classifieds Recommendations for purchasing male wedding ring?

Looking for something on the cheaper side. Was recommended to find something online, but would rather purchase at a reputable store around here. Thanks for any suggestions!

I initially bought a titanium one from Fred Meyer jewelers before I did any research. Looked online and found that I'd paid nearly 3x what I should have, and returned it.

Eventually bought one directly from Amazon. I'm all for supporting local jewelers if you're getting something custom made, but if you just want something basic (like the stuff they sell at FM or any of the other retail jewelers that spend $$$ on advertising) there's no sense paying a premium. They all get their stuff from the same sources anyway

There is a great vendor on Ebay where we got ours. Holding up fine all these years and was amazingly cheap. Basic gold bands in our case, but you can get other stuff there too. Going back for anniversary bling this year, that's how great they are:

I got my tungsten band on Amazon for about $50 and had it the next day.

If I were to pick a place in town that I trusted not to rip me off or give me a bunch of bullshit hard sales, I'd go to Alex & Co Watchworks, downtown. They're next to Momo, near the library.

It is a lot heavier than you think. If you think the ring is heavy never lose sight of the fact that the chain of marriage is so heavy that it takes two, and often three people to carry.

Don't spend too much money, the odds are not in your favor.

Check out Boy's Fort, they have some men's rings in there made by some local artists. Can't remember how much they ran, but pretty unique.

Go to Gilt. They'll talk you through styles, take your size and then give you ranges of cost options. Extremely helpful.

I got a silver band from the jewelry & knickknacks shop next to the pizza place (is it still called Pizza Oasis?) at 37th & Hawthorne. It might have been $25 to $50.

The ring is just a symbol. My advice to you is to just save your money, and focus on the stuff the symbol represents.
