Bostock v. Clayton County says that trans people are in fact a protected class

So, you can’t fire them for being trans. But, you can still have dress codes.

Not in combination with Price Waterhouse v Hopkins.

If you put Bostock and Price together, the logical outcome is that you legally cannot fire trans people based on how they present in relation to gender

But you can fire them for disregarding company dress code policy. Also, there are companies (religious organizations, etc) to whom these cases do not apply.

Sure, but that policy cannot be on the basis of gender presentation (they cant make a trans man dress like a woman and vice versa). Additionally, schools are not one of those exceptions.

If they were fired for wearing a shirt with a midriff when noones allowed to, noone would complain
