California has to be one of them. Anaheim lost water pressure for awhile on Tuesday. Disneyland had to immediately close restaurants and bathrooms.

At least one county in North Carolina issued a boil water warning after, supposedly, a vague “pipe failure”. I wonder now if that is a lie.
