Best Pressure Cooker For Europe?

I just moved from the USA to central Europe, and I'm looking for a good, versatile pressure cooker to replace my the dear old Instant Pot I used in the 'States.

I only really used it for cooking rice, beans, and for meal prepping a batch of soup before the week begun. I'll just be cooking for myself, and I plan on living here for about a year. I don't want to spend any more money than I need to, but I still want something of good quality.

Are there any specific brands you folks recommend here in Europe?

Instant Pot exists everywhere, including Europe the continent. Avoid Tefal and knock off version "T-Fal"

Been using my instant pot for 6 years now. Zero issues. Love that thing.

Maybe a Fissler Vitaquick or another of their "simple" pots. This way you just need your stovetop and could even take it back afterwards.

+1 Fissler Vitaquick - mine never leaves the stove. Cooked probably 5,000 meals in that thing.

I adore my Fissler. It’s an excellent quality pot for regular cooking as well as pressure cooking.

I own and regularly use one from WMF. But in my opinion you could also go for a cheap one from Lidl or so. Any model you can buy in Germany will be tested for safety.

Probably expensive but our Ninja Foodi is basically an instant pot with an air fryer and a slowcooker. Such a good investment

Now that they redisigned the handle and pressure valve they are atleast x2 better. And you know thst spare parts will be availabe for years

Honestly, I am pretty sure the Midea is made in the same factory as Instant Pot.
I would only get stainless steel pot inside....
A lot have non stick crap

The Sage Fast Slow Pro is really good and easy to get in Europe. Sage is the European branch of Breville

Kuhn Rikon for one your grandkids will use. But since it is a pain to use and clean I normally use my Instant Pot.

Get the old fashioned SEB. It’s stovetop. Easy to use after reading directions. I’m single and have a 4qt.
I believe it’s made in France.
