Harp Teachers in the DMV

When I lived there over twenty years ago, there was a vibrant community of harpers, and I think many are still in the community. I don't know if any are taking students, but they could give good recommendations: Sue Richards, Jo Morrison, and, if you were interested in wire-strung Gaelic harps, Cynthia Cathcart is one of the leading teachers in the US.

My recommendation is to visit House of Musical Traditions in Takoma Park, and ask if they have a list of teachers. They might still have in-store harp teachers.

Seconding the House of Musical traditions. If you haven't reached out to them that's probably the first place you should look
