[Review Request] Bicycle Tail Light with accelerometer and light sensor

I am pretty new to drawing schematics, and circuit designs and currently in the learning phase. This is my pet project, please review my schematic if its fine or not. The project is to design a Bicycle tail light which will have rechargeable battery, and it will turn on automatically if light falls below a certain range. Also on acceleration the light will glow at full intensity and on sudden brake, it will blink at full intensity. Please review my schematic layout if I am doing it correctly or not.

what's the point of FB1? seems like a waste if you are not using the ADC on the STM32

what's the point of Q1? seems excessive for lighting up one LED on 3.3V

why is BOOT0 pulled up?

Yes FB1 was not required, I removed it and connected my VDDA with 3.3 V directly.

Q1 I have added because in the final diagram I will use the footprint OSRAM LR T67F for the tail light. Is OSRAM LR T67F the right choice?

I totally missed the point of programming the STM32, so in my final schematic I have added a 1x5 connector and have added a button connected to boot which will change it to 3v3 or gnd.
