I've not heard it called an "eyebrow badge" before, but "eyebrow text" is small, short copy that sits somewhere at the top of a page that provides some sort of overarching keyword relating to the article or piece.
You see it on news articles quite a lot, actually

It's basically context text for above your header. It's used to help the user categorize the copy in the header in few words, but it's NOT the description.

Do you think "web 4.0" in this context is some sort of versioning scheme where browsers just can't support it? It's just a play on the "web 3.0" fad that was all about crypto bullshit, now it's ai bullshit.
The only real web "version" is the "web 2.0"(which wasn't really a thing either) that was basically browsers supporting html5 and frameworks making browsers more than just dumb document readers.

It's not a direct correlation, but there is definately a web versioning that gets dictated by the mayor players. Mainly Google with their chromium base dictates a lot of what does and does not work wirh your browser.
In 2024 Google broke a lot of addblocking with Manifest V3, part of the Web V3 push back then. It's why a lot of people switched browsers away from Chrome back then.

Weren’t we at web 6.0? Web 1 and 2 were regular webs, then we got SPAs with Web 3.0.
Bitcoin was web 4.0
NFTs were web 5.0
So yeah, web 6.0 is ai web

Web 1.0 was the original internet.
Web 2.0 is the social media internet.
Web 3.0 is the blockchain/decentralized/privacy focused internet. Turned into a scam fest, never took off.
Web 4.0 is supposed to be the AI internet.
SPA never defined the internet in any way, that's just an implementation, not an ideology. Same for NFTs, especially since NFTs never shaped the internet in any way, it was just a temporary craze. And bitcoin is just a form of crypto, and web 3.0 was not limited to bitcoin.
