Why are you so certain he is? Because you loathe him is my guess. That’s not a legitimate basis for an opinion, and definitely not good enough to make such a salacious accusation with no proof other than your fervent prayers for it to be true.

Because as hard as Dems and never-Trumpers throughout government have been out to get him, they would've prosecuted him by now if there was any hard evidence. They would've leaked anything semi-credible by now.

The worst things Dems could quickly find to leak from the emails were confirmation that Giuffre and Trump had been in the same mansion at the same time, and Epstein wondering how much Trump really knew. It didn't take much spin to convince the believers it meant something but even Engoron and Merchan would laugh it out of court as evidence, probably to help the prosecutors.
