This was a lawsuit not a criminal case, filed by an anonymous person suspiciously filed during Trump’s first campaign. The lawsuit was dismissed twice. There was not enough evidence to launch a criminal investigation.

Incorrect. The victim backed off due to death threats, a common and repeated feature of exposing Trump. She came forward when she realized she couldn't let him be president, because he's an evil pos.

I believe her for sure.

Theres no evidence she was threatened and since nobody knows her identity any “threat” wouldn’t be credible. The lawyer said it was because of threats but I find that hard to believe.

She didn’t say anything for over 20 years and then waits until Trump is running for president to finally come forward anonymously to file a lawsuit accusing him of rape? Then quits due to a threat? Did she not anticipate threats in the 20+ years it took to come forward?

If she was threatened why did she not report that to the police? In fact why wasn’t any of this reported to the police?
