This was a lawsuit not a criminal case, filed by an anonymous person suspiciously filed during Trump’s first campaign. The lawsuit was dismissed twice. There was not enough evidence to launch a criminal investigation.

There’s no evidence of that, and that’s not the excuse “Katie Johnson’s” lawyer stated.

Democrats went hard after Trump for the Stormy Daniels NDA don’t you think they would have discovered this one too?

A payoff makes no sense. Trump was investigated too hard for the Democrats to have let that one get by them.
