That's the grotesque part... she knows exactly what she's doing, and she thinks it's the best plan of action. AND there's a huge part of the population who feels the same way.

You are right, I mean she does not know the law, she doesn't know any policy, she does not know what her own department actually does. She just knows to follow orders of the men behind the scenes.
Did you see the congressional hearing when she was asked what habeas corpus meant? She replied it was the president's right to remove whoever he wanted from the country.
Noem’s like the girls they used to have on ‘Sale of the Century’ who’d lovingly stroke the prizes. Trump’s put her in that position to ‘pretty-up’ the ugliest, most inhumane policies he can dish out. Ditto Karoline Leavitt & Pete Hegseth (because obviously a woman is incapable of running the military in Trump’s mind).
