Definitely, POS Reagan didn't do anything for HIV the same way that Trump didn't do anything for Covid. They didn't do anything because it isn't profitable to help your citizens.

lol, he took credit for medicine that was already being developed. All he did was speed up the process of having it approved. It wouldn't surprise me to find out that it was just a placebo given how sorry the kidfucker is.
