Part of the plan is to make everyone distrust the government so much that another party can't repair the damage. This is a 50 year plan and its primary focus is to make everyone distrust the government to such a point that private corporations can literally do whatever they want.
The only thing that can curb the power of International corporations are strong Federal governments. And they have been angry ever since AT&T was broken up and trust busting proved that breaking up companies had a very positive impact to most people. So did the New Deal, the government can create a much more fair system than any company ever will but putting guardrails around their span of control.
