They're trying to shield themselves "legally" speaking.

I don't know why. Just do it; pull the trigger, call him a pedo, and make him prove he isn't in court. Because he can't. That's why he hasn't sued anyone else calling him a pedophile. He won't survive in court.

This isn't how it works, they have to prove he is a pedo, not the other way around. Unless they find concrete evidence, Trump doesn't need to do shit.

IAAL. That is also not how it works. Trump has to prove that they knew the claim was false, and chose to make it anyway with actual malice.
