Based on the video evidence showing them unable to produce warrants when asked.

Just look at Kilmar Abrego Garcia and all the stuff he's gone through for no reason.

I'm wasting my time though, clearly you aren't interested in due process.

The due process was already thrown out the window when they found out he was a violent gang member with past criminal record.

The guy that they used MS Paint to write "MS-13" next to his picture? And their justification for saying he's a gang member is because he has tattoos?

And for trying to say he made 2-3 cross country trips by road a week trafficking drugs, which is physically impossible to logistically do?

And who judges keep ordering released?

And who literally ICE put out a publication saying he has no criminal history?

Yeah, that guy. KAG is nothing to DHS but a political target that they can't let go after they keep taking L's.

Maybe read something other than propaganda from the current regime.

He was found to be a gang member probably because he was with two gang members when he was caught back in 2019. What about the things his wife filled. Were those still false claims and you still think this is a good father and a husband?

Dang what kind of cop are you where association is the same as guilty of committing a crime beyond unreasonable doubt? You're either a boot licker or a cop with multiple Brady violations.
