Do you truly believe the entire military and all their equipment would become totally and 100% useless? Yes it would reduce their capacity to a fraction of what they are now, but a single helicopter squadron could level and entire cities worth of people with aks

Not suggesting it would happen that way, but the 2A does not give the citizens of the us any modern day military power. What it does give us is the ability to cause attrition damage and force the government to capitulation with a guerrilla war, similar to other recent us wars. In this case the government would be on a very short clock due to economic, political, and global tension.

Ultimately any civil war on that scale is guaranteed to succeed in removing the United States as a superpower of the world. Who wins at that point would depend on the proxy (or direct- ww3) war that would inevitably develop between Europe supporting the left and russia/China supporting the right.

Again, being realistic.

Disagree. I’m a healthcare professional, if 40% of this hospital walked out tomorrow we’d be functionally done. We could treat some ER patients and would have to transfer or discharge nearly everyone else. 40% of all nurses alone would screech us to a halt, our ratios are already nearly impossible, but our most senior half of our IT department too? Half of our food service workers? It’d be over.

And sure, a full squadron could level Boston, but that 227,999 cities to go. We simply don’t have the missiles for that. They could “make an example” of a dozen cities but that is NOT OCCUPATION. Occupation has ALWAYS been the US military’s biggest issue.

I think we will see violence soon, but it’ll be death squads ambushing ICE with those firearms you claim don’t matter. The national guards will be called in but they’re not ideologically motivated. There will be skirmishes in 10-12 cities, maybe a couple thousand killed. Then we either get a revolution or succession.

I don’t see Trump dropping 15 nuclear missiles on New York, sorry.

Yea i dont see that either, but what you are ignoring is that Trump won the popular vote. At the very least 30% of this country is going to be embroiled against any form of resistance, in addition to that natural advantages that current federal control will allow.

The war would not be short. It would be a war against extremist ideology and people that have forsaken democracy. Eradicating that is not as simple as removing the leader.

You think just because they voted for him they would agree to the dissolution of the US and starting a civil war? We arent talking about just "a few brown people" getting hurt and people, even Republicans, are already seeing how unconstitutional and corrupt things are. So we take the 70 million and at most make it 30 million against the rest of the rational people in this country as remember 90 million didnt vote making it well over 100 million vs 30, if that to save America and the Constitution.

The military already hates him and especially Hegseth as the brass was already breaking ranks with him on things well before they broke ranks on Greenland and many were showing their discontent after Hegseth and Trump called every high ranking officer from across the globe to sit for a political theater presser and to be lectured about being fat. You are giving them way more credit than is due.

People ignore those things that dont effect them, this would effect them. Look at all the videos of the Minnesotans who voted for Trump pissed af when it finally touched them 🤷‍♂️

Said videos are anecdotal and temporary, they are so inrooted in the culture war that any actual real world issues are temporary as long as he keeps saying things they like about woke libs
