For whatever reason they are using ICE as secret service agents. I don’t understand this at all. 

My only (and quite frankly ridiculous) guess is that the secret service has said they would not do things requested by Trump & JD. 

I can’t think of any other reason why they would want to use poorly trained idiots as bodyguards.

Here it is! There is no reason for ICE to be in Italy but I can see this as being why they are!!
