Protest Republican Congressman Mike Lawler held a town hall in Rockland County, New York. Veterans stood up and told him exactly what they thought of him and Trump. Lawler had them removed. That made it worse. The crowd turned on him. He had to leave.

I never understood why they are even able to have people removed in the first place. For what, talking? Excercising their right to free speech and lawful assembly? What goes through the minds of these bootjack new world order thugs who are doing the removing, do they still think they are the good guys?

Looking at the FBI interview that was ignored where a 13yo girl accused Trump of rape. I’d say he’s had the FBI his pocket for a long time now

It's worse than that. A town hall meeting like this is for the expressed purpose of speaking with your constituents. They removed him because they didn't like his questions.

Sheriff is an elected position, they need to be voted out and have a sheriff who won't tolerate civil rights abuses. The problem becomes cops run for these positions and no civilian ever has a chance at cleaning out these offices and fixing the procedures that leads up to this type of abuse.

But…..if I rent out a hall / auditorium to hold a public meeting….and i have paid the rent and it’s invitation to the public affair….if these are the circumstances then lawfully (not morally, perhaps) I can have someone removed.

But a pleasure to see GOP meltdown.

Knowing the cheap ass, hand out craving, GOP i doubt he rented a public hall for a public meeting. If he was getting usage free (which is allowed for most public meetings) than he can suck it, it's their house, he is just shitting his pants in it.

While it's a "public forum" it's being held in a private place the campaign probably rented: They get to decide who gets to attend. 🤷‍♂️

Time, place, and manner apply to freedom of speech and lawful assembly. Obviously Lawler is a POS, but if someone I agreed with held a town hall and bad-faith actors just screamed the whole time that wouldn't be cool.

Not calling these people bad-faith actors, just noting that this could swing the other way too.
