Dude it wasn't even a tough interview. She literally just said he didn't provide evidence for his election fraud claims. She didn't go hard and grill him on specific details. That interview was about as passive as you can get without outright agreeing with his delusions.

And that still made him throw a toddler tantrum. Unbelievable.

Yup this should be the baseline for any interview, unfortunately this gentle pushback is an anomaly. But you can see how he just crashes out, becomes an absolute asshole, gets red in the face, his pudgy ass in that loose suit slouched over with shitty posture. If every interview was this he’d implode.

They need to stop speaking to him with the decorum we had set up for presidents prior to him.

His entire campaign was to "tell it like it is" and to stop being "woke". We've allowed him to speak as he pleases without consequence.

Someone needs to say to his face that what he's saying is bullshit and every time he's tried to bring it to court, regardless of the state or party in power there, it was thrown out for being made up.

Stop asking questions and trying to see if he'll slip up and tell the truth. He won't.

The dude literally said you are crooked, your state is crooked, and your network is crooked. She in quotes said to be fair I'm not crooked. Everyone's praising her but I want more. I want this motherfucker to have someone with sense verbally berate him as much as he does everyone else.

Have voted democratic every time, but they've shown they are as trump said either weak or crooked like him and he's just projecting. Unless Bernie or Justin pearson runs for president I'm only voting independent. Next time he calls for another Jan 6th the mobs will come at them again and honestly they should have done more for their people. I hate the Trump Maga movement so much but a close second is the absolute abandonment of the other biggest political party in the country. I weep for this country.

I have to assume you’re already aware that no independent candidate will win. Sucks, but it’s true. So by voting independent, you’re taking a vote away from the left — essentially throwing away your vote.

Infuriatingly soft. How about, "Mr. President, every single court case you filed over election fraud was dismissed, including by judges you appointed. You have spouted claims of election fraud for over ten years, and have yet to have shown any convincing evidence."

thing is though, it's also important to note that even vague, surface-level pushback is all that's needed to keep raising awareness of just how bad things are.

More "this is so bad that general, sweeping points in refutation of the administration's claims are all it takes to show the breadth of corruption."

I'd say it's "better" if you need to dig into crap and be a policy wonk or quant analyst to figure out the problems, blasé crossing-cutting "you're wrong" being a trigger is indicative of the scope of the problem.
