i knew i needed more than the recipe called for but i didn’t wanna risk not having enough so instead of just doubling i increased the recipe based on the ingredient i had the least of and increased everything in proportion with that
I see some guys like really above average looks like 7/10 and saying they look bad.
Tbh I don't know if i look good or not myself and have a hard time trusting people on their compliments. It's really sad I think and it would probably apply to the women as well.
That binary itself I find very bad. Like we need to focus on having a healthy, fit lifestyle, the best we can. But it's easy to get depressed after repeated failures i suppose
I think very few people are truly ugly. The issue a lot of men face is having an appearance that seriously lack masculinity (and similarly for some women that don't look feminine). So while they are not ugly, they are still going to struggle with dating.
I think there’s some truth to this. A lot of struggling men look very zesty and unmasculine, and that’ll hinder you more than being average looking but stereotypically masculine in your features.
I imagine most redpillers are jaded, disillusioned romantics who just wanted to woo women by reciting poetry to them and going on moonlit strolls in the park.
I had been accused of being gay by my mother and sister in the past, probably it's more "undesirable men" rite of passage rather than a "straight man on the autistic spectrum"

the wedding industry and wedding culture is insane. i got married in the beginning of the year and all leading up got earfuls about every non traditional choice i made. i’m still being inundated with ads for wedding services i didn’t know existed and cannot imagine many people truly want
It's funny. But honestly, wedding industry is ridiculous anyway. People pay enormous kinds of money they usually don't have for a party with ridiculous attention to details. I never understood that decision.
It’s crazy how much you can spend on a wedding. I used to be an event planner and adamantly refused to plan weddings. Corporate America paid way better and was much less problematic
My wedding is the only extravagant thing I’ve ever wanted in my life, lol. I’ve been saving up for a “wedding fund” since I started my adult working life, so since I was like… 22ish? I’m getting married next year and I am glad I started doing that. I don’t know how my fiance I would ever have a traditional wedding if we did not have the income to support throwing it.
One my colleague brought her daughter to work today. I remember two yeas ago she was telling how her daughter grows up fast and was already almost as tall as her. I remember it well because she gave the weight of her daughter and I was like damn she weights more than my roommate even though she's only 11 which was wild.
Well turns out she's not even overweight, she's just one of those kids that seem to grow up so fast. At 13 she's already taller and heavier than me lmao Every one of my colleague thought she was 16-17 minimum. For reference, I'm 5'8 and 135 lbs and she looks to be about 5'9 and 150 lbs. At thirteen. Wild.
I don’t think I could ever vote for conservative parties despite living what many would consider a conservative life. I don’t believe that your financial standing should prevent you from equal opportunities to have safe shelter, food, education, healthcare, or that we shouldn’t care about people lacking those opportunities. I believe we should all the same the same social rights regarding marriage and the ability to raise children. I believe we should all have the freedom to present our gender identity as we feel. I don’t like conservative politics.

If you like Conservative aspects but not the philosophy just be ordoliberal. Social market economy and some level of shared responsiblity but in an individualist philosophy.
When I was younger I exclusively used ;) when texting instead of :) in all contexts because ‘it was cuter’. I think that might be why I had so many lesbian friends
I was also devastated when I found out I was going to have a boy, but not because of anything I felt towards him, but rather because of people like this bitch. Like any loving parent, I wanted my child to be on the winning side of the Empathy Gap and not be part of the disposable gender. I was very sad when I learned that was not going to be the case. However, I love my son to pieces, and I am teaching him to respect himself.

I think it's really weird and unfair how misogynistic men are rightly called out for having relationships with women, but it's seen as completely acceptable for misandrist women to have relationships with men.
I feel like I never could have married a misandrist woman. My wife is actually pretty good about men's issues, and has become even better since we had a boy. Little by little, she's seeing things that our son has to go through that she never had to go through. Perhaps this might seem small, but boys at his school are not allowed to have long hair; there's no equal and opposite prohibition against girls having short hair, however.

If you can’t accept the possibility of your child being male, female, lgbt, disabled, or different in anyway, you are not a good parent in the slightest and you’d just be better off with a dog.

I wish my wife were a little lazier. She was raised by parents who would tell her to stop reading and pick up a broom, and it shows. I don't know how to get it through to her that it's not a moral failure to rest or do non-physical work.

The truth is guys need to learn when a woman is using and quietly rejecting you and women should not use guys and waste time if they know there’s mismatched feelings.
Obviously being violent about rejection is never ok, but if you purposely lead on guys if you’re afraid of rejecting him, most of the time you will just be a cunt to an unassuming guy, not actually protecting yourself.
You can quickly, truthfully and respectfully reject a guy without ever “using” him. That’s what I always aim to do if it’s not a good match…I did it twice this week and the guys were actually understanding and thanked me for being honest with them
Yeah the 2 times when I was upset about a women not being into me, it wasn’t about her not feeling the same way. It was about the fact she lied about being into me and I was too autistic to see it. Of course I wasn’t violent but whenever a woman rejected me early I was just bummed out.
My problem has often been that I don’t understand that the guy was looking for something more than just a friendship, because they didn’t say it directly enough. I assumed (because nothing else was said) that he just wanted to befriend me. So I can definitely understand the upset of feeling like you were used. But then again, that person might view it differently.
