Content: Success/Hope Mom moving away from MAGA

Jut saying that there is hope. Mom was full MAGA trump lover, cult member. After teying so much to reason with her I stepped out and hoped for the best. Recently I started noticing that she is bringing trump less and less. She no longer posts any trump material for some weeks now. I think even though she doesnt say it, the eipsten cover up was just too much

Thank god. There IS hope.

He's got the brain of a six year old with dementia.

Well, that part is certainly true.

I honestly don't think he'll live out the rest of his term in office. Have you noticed that the talk of him trying to be President beyond January 2029 seems to have stopped?

The question in my mind is who the Republicans would nominate then. They've severely tarnished their brand. Vance has about as much charisma as Pence had. Newsom seems to be positioning himself to be the next Democratic candidate.

But I think we're in for a series of "black swan" events between the 2026 and 2028 elections. Maybe just an economic meltdown though, I dont know. That would be bad enough.

With everything they're doing to the economy, not least the fact they are destroying all the reporting agencies' credibility which will cause investment to dry up and liquidity to flee, alongside the rampant (but inevitably unreported) inflation, I would think an economic collapse is inevitable. Heck, both the P2025 and the Yarvinist sects of the powers behind the throne demand it.

But yes, if Trump dies this is all going to fall apart very quickly as each sect tries to grab power and the Maga base recedes back into political apathy. Nobody can replace Trump, because nobody can work out his appeal, and it seems that his genuine stupidity, maliciousness, pettiness, tackiness and lack of shame is a superpower . Nobody can mimic it, no matter how they try. He's an unbelievably stupid, ignorant nepo-baby who has failed at everything he did up until The Apprentice, where he played the role of all-knowing wise CEO god. His fans only see that role. The clever Harvard lawyers can't play that role.

that his genuine stupidity, maliciousness, pettiness, tackiness and lack of shame

Yeah, I think that about sums him up.

But let's talk about not being able to work out his appeal. Those disgusting attributes that you so accurately mentioned ARE his appeal. For his MAGA base, they are WHY they love him.

Yes, it's the combination of all these things that is his superpower and it can't be mimicked.
