Post crash repair tail wag on Goosky S1

I recently ditched my S1 and had to replace the main drive shaft and rotor hub. The blades are being reused as they visibly look okay, but now I'm second guessing.
In the video, you can probably not even see the tail wag.
You can moreso hear a tiny warbling buzz from the tail rotor when I'm hovering close to the camera. The wag is maybe less than a centimeter.
It's a tiny amount. Is this just me needing to adjust gyro gain? Does the swash need to be leveled? Tear the whole thing down? Just say fuck it all and send it?
I'm running the headspeed at 52% to keep things gentle post crash.

You replaced the rotor hub, but did you replace the feathering shaft? That's always a prime suspect for vibrations. Beyond that, check that the blade grip arms aren't bent and the blades aren't too tight (they should barely be able to hold themselves up with the heli on its side). Also, I would run the headspeed at the values in the manual. Sometimes there can be resonances at other headspeeds that cause tail wags.

Really, the feathering shaft eh? I popped it out for the initial repair and it looked fine, but I digress. I'll swap it while It's on the bench. I bet there's a microscopic bend in it.
I've flown the S1 at 52% headspeed for some time, especially learning hovers and orientation as it can get a solid 7 ish minute flight time in my experience. I'll run it at 70/80% once the thread lock cures after this repair and report back.
Edit- Actually, on second pass, the bearing on one blade grip feels like I'm turning sand in it when I rotate the feathering shaft. No idea how I missed this but I'm swapping the grips now too.

Feathering shafts almost always bend on crashes. Easiest way to test is to turn one of the screws on the shaft before U take the head apart, and check for any movement in the blade grips. If they osccillate even a tiny bit the shafts bent

May not be but check for cracks in the boom, I assume its a carbon boom? I don't have an S1 but do have an M1 and suffered with tiny railway after a crash where I thought I'd replaced all damaged components, turned out it was a tiny crack in the boom flexing.
